The hotel had beautiful grounds. It was a little oasis in the middle of the city ...close to the freeway but we couldn't hear any noise. Lots of shops and restaurants we could walk to and only five minutes from the hospital and the university for those traveling to see or use those facilties. It was also clean and equipped with a small fridge and microwave. It's an older building, but it it well-maintained and the bathrooms have been updated as well. Wooden shutters on the windows were great too.

Grounds and pool are beautiful. Rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. Perfect for anyone seeking a calm and clean environment.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, our room overlooked the pool and the weather was perfect and the pool wasn't too crowded and that was on a saturday afternoon. The parking was easy, and our room was very clean and modern. Theres a whole foods/shopping center very close by that was super convenient too! La Jolla beaches are about 2 miles away or so, sometimes its a bit congested to get to and from our hotel from the beach but either way it was a perfect weekend getaway. Would stay again :)

I love the pillows! I slept very well. Nice room and view of the trees next to the desk where I was working. Nice landscaping around the pool for a short, peaceful walk. Shooters Bar and Grill (inside Sheraton registration room) served a delicious spaghetti dinner. Ashton makes a very good Irish coffee. I had trouble streaming a movie both nights, but it finally worked. They sent help right away and comped my movies. Thanks! I like the 12:00 check out time too.

Hotel has nice grounds, the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked how close it was to the shopping center next door. Lots of food options and a whole foods.

We particularly enjoyed the garden area, looking down from above, and walking through. It was easy to get to other locations from this hotel.

I was really impressed with the breakfast. It's not like the lousy continental breakfast that you find at most hotels in the US. If the breakfast is included, then you get a voucher of 25 dollars per day that you can use towards breakfast. There were a lot of possibilities and on most days 25 dollars was plenty.
