Staff was sunny, helpful, accommodating. Loved the room service delivery persons. Super polite, kind, and one was even funny in a way that made my day.

We stayed in a Club room. It had its own patio and garden, opening directly into the car park and pet space. The room was clean. Check in was friendly and painless. The Cub lounge serves free breakfast, snacks, and beverages through the day. Not great stuff, but service is friendly and responsive. The fitness center and pool are nice and well-equipped.

The weather!!!! The room was inviting and comfortable. I loved the bed, the two chairs and desk. Microwave and refrigerator were a real plus. The amenities were great! I loved my stay!

The location was amazing.. very close to a lot of shops and restaurants including t-mobile and bank of America which we needed. It was also close to UCSD where we needed to be. The pond and lovely view of the room was a plus The breakfast was good but if you are staying for long I would recommend not taking breakfast as it gets boring after a while

Great hotel, only thing they double charged my card for the food at the hotel. My first night I used my credit card to ring my check then they charged my room as well. Please reverse the $70.50 from my bill .

The room was spacious, very clean, had all the facilities and everything one needs. The pool and hot tub are also a very nice addition.

Everything was great. When we first drove up we thought the outside was pretty. All the trees and plants and lighting. When we checked in staff was super nice. They offered room cleaning service but we declined because we were ok cleaning up after ourselves. The rooms were clean and comfy. I had brought our own shampoo and conditioner but ended up using theirs instead. It smelled so good. We had a nice view of the koi pond and pool area. Everything was great.
